What the Plugin Does Not Collect

• •The plugin does not request, collect, or process wallet private keys, seed phrases, passwords, signing keys, or exchange credentials.
• •The plugin does not connect to user wallets.
• •The plugin does not sign transactions.
• •The plugin does not transfer cryptocurrency.
• •The plugin does not execute swaps, trades, bridges, staking transactions, or investment actions.
• •The plugin does not take custody of funds.
• •Wallet addresses, transactions, and blocks are already publicly visible on the blockchain.
• •Users should never enter a seed phrase, private key, password, or other confidential authentication information into the plugin.

How Information Is Used

• •Responding to the user's requested VSC lookup
• •Retrieving public data from the official or designated VSC RPC infrastructure
• •Generating a structured response for ChatGPT
• •Preventing abuse and maintaining security
• •Diagnosing errors and maintaining service reliability
• •Responding to support, privacy, or legal inquiries
• •Complying with applicable laws

Service Providers and Data Recipients

Information processed through the plugin may be handled by the following recipients:

• •OpenAI and ChatGPT when a user invokes the plugin, subject to OpenAI's applicable terms and privacy policies
• •The hosting infrastructure used to operate the MCP endpoint
• •Cloud infrastructure and network-security providers supporting that hosting
• •Vector Smart Chain RPC infrastructure when public blockchain queries are performed
• •Authorized technical service providers acting only to operate, secure, or support the service
• •Legal authorities only when disclosure is required by applicable law

Retention

• •The plugin does not maintain an application database of wallet lookups, transaction lookups, block lookups, tool inputs, or tool outputs.
• •Tool inputs and outputs are processed to complete the request and are not intentionally retained by VSC after the request is completed.
• •Security, diagnostic, and error logs controlled by VSC may be retained for no longer than 30 days unless a longer period is required to investigate abuse, resolve a security incident, satisfy a legal obligation, or protect the service.
• •Support and privacy correspondence may be retained for up to 24 months to document and resolve the inquiry.
• •Public blockchain records cannot be changed or deleted by VSC because they exist independently on an immutable public network.
• •Third-party providers may retain information according to their own published retention policies.

User Choices and Controls

• •Users may choose not to provide a wallet address, transaction hash, block identifier, or guide topic.
• •Users should submit only public blockchain identifiers.
• •Users may request access to or deletion of personal information directly controlled by VSC through the Contact page.
• •VSC cannot delete or alter public blockchain records.
• •VSC may need identifying details to locate a support request or controlled technical log.
• •Requests will be handled subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Security Safeguards

• •The plugin operates as a read-only service and does not accept, store, or transmit private keys, seed phrases, or other confidential credentials.
• •The MCP endpoint is hosted on cloud infrastructure that provides transport encryption (HTTPS), access controls, and logging for abuse prevention.
• •Requests are limited to public blockchain identifiers and public VSC network information.
• •Security, diagnostic, and error logs are retained only as described in the Retention section below.
• •No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, but reasonable technical and organizational measures are applied to protect the service.

International Data Processing

• •The Vector Smart Chain ChatGPT plugin and its MCP endpoint are operated over the public Internet and may be accessed from many jurisdictions.
• •Hosting infrastructure, RPC providers, and OpenAI may process technical request information in regions different from the user's location.
• •By using the plugin, users acknowledge that public blockchain identifiers and technical request information may be processed by these providers in accordance with their published policies and applicable law.

Children's Privacy

• •The Vector Smart Chain ChatGPT plugin is not designed or marketed to children under 13.
• •VSC does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the plugin.
• •If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the plugin or the Contact page, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Policy Changes

• •VSC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
• •Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
• •Continued use of the plugin after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
• •The official Vector Smart Chain ChatGPT plugin is submitted for review and is available only where its publication status is accurate and permitted by OpenAI.
